You'll begin by working alongside a team for initial training or vetting.  Once you're fully up to speed, knowing how we do things, and meeting quality and reliability standards, you'll have the flexibility to choose your preferred work style: either independently as a Crew of One or as part of a team. With that said, business needs may occasionally require team members to work solo, or solo workers to team up for larger jobs.

Yes, we work with you based on your stated availability. We offer both full-time and part-time work, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.

• Teams / Company Vehicle: Pair up at the office at 8:00 AM. Usually equates to a full workday.
• Solo (Crew of One): Ideal if you need partial days or cannot start at 8:00 AM, offering the most control over your daily hours. Will require you to use your own vehicle.

Please Note: We do not operate like Uber or DoorDash where you can toggle your availability on and off. You will need to let us know what set days & hours you're available each week and we will provide consistent work on that fixed schedule. Any adjustments to your availability must be communicated in advance.

Those working solo or independently need to use their own vehicle to get to and from the jobs assigned. Those who have been paired to work together get to use a company car. When paired up & using a company car Service Providers will need to show up at the office at 8am.

The answer depends on whether you've agreed to come on board as an employee or as a contractor/vendor. We'd be happy to discuss the details if/when an offer is extended.
