The Maid Crew’s Late Cancellation Policy:

Once your appointment for service has been solidified on our schedule, we set that space aside specifically FOR YOU while turning other business and potential clients away. Should you need to either cancel or reschedule a particular cleaning, we require an ADVANCE NOTICE of no less than 10am the day prior to service. Below is the following fee structure for late-cancellations:

If you Reschedule, Skip or Cancel….

  • BEFORE 10am the day prior to your appointment: $0 / No Fee

  • AFTER 10am the day prior to your appointment: Fee = $50

  • Within 2 hours of our expected arrival:
    Fee = $90 … the $90 will also be assessed if, upon the Crew’s arrival they are locked-out, turned away or have to decline the job due to the state/condition of the home, health & safety concerns or due to no running water or electricity.

Skipping of Service (for recurring accounts)

If you are a recurring client, a discount has been factored into the price of your cleaning based on your frequency of service. If we are to honor the frequency-based discounted pricing provided, we will require that you, in turn, honor the integrity of your recurring service schedule. In the event you cannot and you need to skip a cleaning, (as opposed to rescheduling by a day or two) your next appointment for service shall be billed based on the gap or span since our last visit. Example: If your service is normally every two weeks (at say $150) and you skip a visit, your next cleaning will be billed as a monthly (at say $185) due to the resulting four-week interval between cleanings.
