They let me know the day before what time to expect them and then called the day of when they were running ahead of schedule.The three ladies were polite and overall did a great job cleaning our house. The Maid Crew is fantastic! I have used other cleaning services and The Maid Crew is by far superior. The great customer service begins with your initial telephone call and never ends. They listen to your specific cleaning needs and have those notes for the crew (I am obsessed with clean kitchen floors and spotless bathrooms). I have never been disappointed. The one time I did have a small concern I called and it was resolved beyond what I had expected. Yesterday I forgot to put the clean linens out (which is all I have to do) and the team leader called me to ask about it. WOW! They are efficient with their cleaning methods and everything is done well. The company sends you a reminder text and email a couple of days before each cleaning. Then the day before the cleaning they send a text giving you the time your team will arrive. I have used The Maid Crew for about a year and the crew is always on time. The cost is lower than any other agency I have used. I don't know why anyone wouldn't use The Maid Crew for their house cleaning needs.

The cleaners handled all of my notes extremely well. I have an old house with old wiring and had to leave a note about industrial appliances sometimes tripping the fuse. They totally took it in stride. They had to make a dozen tiny decisions about where to put things, in the kitchen for example, and all of their instincts were thoughtful and helpful. Good job.

Our first experience with The Maid Crew was wonderful! They cleaned the entirety of our home better than I typically do so it was definitely worth the cost! It was obvious that they'd touched every surface and moved things to fully vaccuum the floors. Our ceiling fans were cleaned and even the dust under our armchairs! We will be doing a biweekly service to maintain the house. I was also pleased to receive a prompt text message (first thing in the AM) to alert me that my service window was changing slightly due to unforseen circumstances. In the end, they were only 15 minutes outside of when I originally expected them but it was nice knowing that they valued my time as well. So far everyone that I've spoken with has been polite and helpful. I have no reason to believe that this level of service will change and expect future cleanings to be just as great!
